Compassion in Action by Wenda Shehata (Hugletts Wood Farm Animal Sanctuary)

JVB London is pleased to invite Wenda Shehata on Sunday 6 June 2021 between 11am - 12pm (UK time) to describe her experiences of running a vegan sanctuary for animals which she founded with her partner, Matthew, in 1995.
Wenda will describe how she strives to follow the Jain principles of Ahimsa and Aparigraha by living a minimalistic lifestyle and taking only what is necessary to sustain themselves and serve the animals they care for.
Wenda will share insights of her life and plant the seeds in the mind of others to discover the benefits of simple living, high thinking and serving not only humanity, but also voiceless creatures too.
