to remain absolutely fearless or unperturbed in the event of creation of Upsarga (trials and tribu­lations) made by Devas (gods).

'avvahe'tti devādikṛtopasargādijanitaṃ bhayaṃ calanaṃ vā vyathā tasyā abhāvo avyatham.
