Abstinence from sensual glance- A Bhāvanā (4) (supportive contemplation) of the Brahmacarya Mahāvrata (the fourth great vow of celibacy);

to abstain from casting amorous looks at sexually arousing parts of woman's body.

manoharāṇi mānonmānalakṣanayuktāni darśanīyāni mṛjāvantīndriyāṇi... tadālokanādyuparatiḥ śreyasīti bhāvayet.
