transgression of the accepted limit of the possession of agricultural field, residential house etc., either inadvertently or on account of excessive greed etc...

kṣetravastunaḥ pramāṇātikramaḥ, pratyākhyānakālagrlītamānolanghanamityarthah, etasya cāticāratvamanābhogādinā'tikmmādinā vā.
