That substance which is possessed of mass (weight); e.g., the gross aggregates, the Audārika Śarīra (gross body), Vaikriya Śarīra (protean body), Āhāraka Śarīra (conveyance body), and Taijasa Śarīra (fiery body).

paramāṇvāderārabhya saṃkhyātapradeśātmako'samkhyātapradeśātmako yaścānantapradeśātmakaḥ sūkṣmaskandhaḥkārmaṇaprabhṛtika ete agunilaghavaḥ, bādaraḥ skandhā andārikavaikriyāhārakataijasariīpā gurulaghavaḥ.
