Social activist and culturist Sundeep Bhutoria attended a religious meet where he took blessings from Acharya Mahashraman, head of Terapanth segment of Jain religion, and Sadhvi Pramukha Kanakprabha, on Saturday. The spiritual congregation was attended by several devotees, many of whom even came from different parts of the country. They regularly visited these monks who were staying in Kolkata for the past four months and will be leaving town on November 30. "Jainism is a way of life rather than just a religion. It teaches us sacrifice, selfdiscipline and how to serve humanity," said Bhutoria. The president of Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, Manish Daga, and other members such as Navin Bengani, Sunil Dugar and Anant Bagrecha accompanied Bhutoria. Later, Bhutoria also met Muni Akshay Prakash and discussed Jain literature and the possibility of other literary activities in future.
