Diwali is the festival of lights and joy. This festival gives the inspiration of lighting up the lamp of wisdom. After attaining wisdom it gives the inspiration of spiritual Industriousness of conduct purification then lack of Kashayas and then attainment of Kevalgyana (paramount wisdom). So we may get progress in the field of wisdom and spiritual Industriousness and sometime may attain Kevalgyana. May our soul become more lightened and blessed. This is desirable for us.
