His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in the Prime Sermon that, one should think while intaking meal that, I take food, but are some good deeds of serving Dharm Sangh, spiritual study etc. also accordingly being done by me not? As the utility of intaking food is only when if I do the same.
