Ahimsa Yatra reached Sunguvarchatram today.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, we should think that which period of my life is going on or I am in which decade of the life, 2nd, 3rd 8th or 9th decade? According to this we should make little-little changes in our lifestyle seemingly. For example 4th decade of the life is a young era then 5th, 6th, 7th and so on. So we should change our lifestyle according to forward move of life cycle.
