Ahimsa Yatra reached Tirunelveli today. The Vihar was approximately 10 km long. Lay followers and some soldiers offered homage in the holy feet of His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman during the Vihar.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, Indriyas are like a roguish horse which can bring the soul on wrong path or misguide it. Indriyas are like a cobra for depriving the conscience of responsibility and irresponsibility. Indriyas can destroy the conscience. The state of penance gets lost in Indriyas. If we can overwhelm these Indriyas then it is well but invincible Indriyas can harm us. So we should try to reign, chasten and control Indriyas.
