Temple Reopening

Hope everyone is in good Saata.
With increasing number for vaccinations across the state, we are further re-opening our Temple. It is with great pleasure, we announce that members who are ‘FULLY VACCINATED’ per CDC definition, will be able to do Puja including Prakshal, Chandan Puja etc starting immediately. We are still required to keep the mask on and maintain social distancing as not all of us are fully vaccinated yet.
All members are still requested to not touch Arti Thali, Ghantaji to keep Not Fully Vaccinated members safe.
We will also be going back to our normal pre-COVID Temple hours:
Monday – Saturday
9:30 am to 12:30 pm; 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Sunday
8:00 am to 12:30 pm; 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Members who wish to sit down and do certain puja will also be able to do so in the marked areas.
With everyone’s safety in mind, members will be required to practice and comply with the State restrictions, CDC guidelines and the protocols as below:
- Enter through the Entry door and exit through the Exit door to avoid crossing paths
- Sign the waiver form, one per family, for every visit. This waiver form helps in contact tracing.
- Use the shoe rack
- It is MANDATORY to cover your mouth and nose with cloth face cover/ mask while inside the Temple at all times
- Avoid close contact and maintain at least 6 feet distance with others. The social distancing markers are placed around the Prayer Hall.
- Basement, Kitchen remain closed and changing clothes in temple is NOT permitted.
- Members who are NOT FULLY VACCINATED are not permitted to do Abhishek or touch any Bhagwanji, Arti Thali, Ghantaji, chair or any common pooja material.
- Members are not permitted to cross the taped-out areas.
- No socializing in temple or in parking lot.
- Monitor your health. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and DONOT come to the Temple.
