The Art Of Receiving Feedback
An interactive seminar with study class alumnus Priti Shah
SUNDAY JANUARY 29th During Study Class [11 AM – 12:30 PM]
Attention JOY members, High schoolers, Young Jains and Interested Parents How often have you had to give or receive feedback at school, workplace or other environments? What if you feel the feedback provided lacks credibility, has faulty information, or their advice will do you more harm than good?
Feedback may not always be tactful or constructive, but with the right tools, we can empower ourselves to receive information and expand on our ability to be inclusive of others' perceptions of ourselves.
Please join us for an interactive, engaging workshop founded on Jain principles of Anekantvad, Kashayas, Ratnatraya, and Panch Anuvratas that will ignite the conversation of how we can use these principles in handling feedback.
Priti Shah, an alumnus from our study class, has been working at General Motors for the last 11 years and has developed this seminar. She has successfully delivered this seminar throughout the company and at various forums benefitting a variety of audiences.
