Dr. Gulab Kothari
Dr. Gulab Kothari, the editor of Rajasthan Patrika asserted that the core issue is all about creating a sense of belongingness. This is something where our present education system fails miserably. We contribute generously at home because we have a relationship with that home. The modern youth does not believe in any societal system or national spirit. They live in a globalized regime and do not agree with any cultural heritage. They are too preoccupied with TV, internet and mobiles, and hence are alienated from other things, leaving no room for anything or anybody else to enter into their world. They are self-centered and seek their individual needs, oblivious of becoming an ingredient of any nation or society. It is here that we need to reexamine our educational and communication-system.
Communication basically originates from inside, the individual part of the human being. It's related to heart, emotions and thoughts. It's the same as expressing the invisible in the form of expressions. Normal intelligence does not suffice. One needs to go deeper to understand this force i.e. energy. In India we call it Pragya. This individual force has no concrete form, it is scattered. No educational system on this globe directs an individual to this invisible form. In the course of last 100 years of our life we could not understand this difference and the whole world has no answer to this question of mankind because nothing can happen between people without communication. Each of our action is a part of communication and communication is nothing but evolution. We evolve every day and we evolve through communication and nothing else. No communication is possible without a craving, a desire in the heart to communicate. Actions would initiate depending on whether the desire is accepted or rejected by the heart. There is no communication in the absence of desire. We, thus, need to understand our heart first. So, if we wish to contribute to the society, we need to review our educational system, we need wisdom and we need guidance.
Ms. Galina Irmolina
Ms. Galina Irmolina, highly spiritual and religious minded teacher from Siberia, Russia believes that the time has come when human beings should become spiritualists because spirituality is the true religion and in its absence we will not be able to go very far. It is culture for people, it is science, it is education and what not. Economics should develop along the path which great prophets of all religions envisaged. The role of spiritual leaders is special as they are examples for us. Economics will be successful only when we remember the basic tenet of 'play together and share together'.
