About Prof. Padmanabh S. Jaini, PhD University of London
Prof. Jaini is renowned amongst Indological scholars for his unique contributions to the areas Buddhist and Jain studies. He has been awarded fellowships at AIIS and several other institutions for conducting research in India, Sri Lanka and South-East Asian countries. In Jain studies his book Jain Path of Purification, Gender Salvation and more than 100 papers published in international journals bring him to be the foremost Jain scholar in the academic world.
