SOUTH HOWRAH: 10th January, 2010:

Religion is alchemy. It prevents ailments, is curative, and gives power and happiness. This alchemy is easily available, but only to those who want it. These thoughts were expressed by the learned disciple of Acharyashri Mahapragyaji, Sadhvishri Kanakshriji during the Sunday Spiritual Elucidation at the Terapanth Bhawan.

Sadhvishri said - person living with conscious and mind enjoys the material world. This happiness is temporary. The aspirations of mind grows, it never sticks to one particular object. It is never saturated. Spirituality is the only alchemy. It derives from self-satisfaction. In front of this alchemy the material objects seem incomplete and devoid of happiness.

Addressing the Dharma Sabha, Sadhvishri Madhulataji said - ultimate happiness is not in abridgement instead it is in sacrifice. The throne of the recluse is higher than the throne of Lord Indra. Sadhvishri told that even if few moments are spent in performing virtuous activities a person can be liberated from the threefold consequence of his sins. Their lives enlighten. Sadhvi Madhulekha ji and Sadhvi Shantiprabha ji presented inspirational songs.

The Spiritual programme held at the Terapanth Bhawan, organized by the South Howrah Terapanthi Sabha was initiated by a song sung by the resident girls. Shri Rakesh Choraria, a well-known singer celebrated the precedence of Sadhvishri by singing a song.

Shri Janwarimal Nahata, president; said - evaluating the spirit of faith among the residents of Howrah Sadhvishri has provided us with two exceptional arrangements to our community. On the 21st January, the ‘Acharya Padabhishek Programme ’ of Acharyashri Mahapragyaji and on the 22nd January ‘ 146th Maryada Mahotsav’ the pride of Terapanth. We will all have to combine our efforts for the successful completion of these two programmes. Shri Mahalchand Bhansali, an Upashak and vice president of Sabha, managed the programme.
