Although religious activities/tapasya are important at all times, they have a special meaning when undertaken during the 8 days of Paryushan.  A chart with suggested religious activities is attached. We would like to encourage you to print the chart out and use it for recording your activities during the 8 days of Paryushan.  Please try to engage in as many activities as possible and hand in your completed chart on Samvatsari.  Each activity comes with a certain number of points and the tapasvis scoring high points will be honored.
