Ahimsa Rally at Hyderabad on 22nd May 2011
In support of Ahimsa Sangh, Mumbai’s NATIONWIDE PROTEST against the issue of licenses to 8 new slaughter houses in Uttar Pradesh and disrespect shown to Jain Sadhu, Munishri Maitri Prabh Sagar ji, YJI is organizing a silent protest rally starting from Koti Jain mandir and culminating into a Sabha at Guru Ganesh Bhavan on this Sunday, 22nd May, 8:00 AM.
The fire ignited by YOUNG JAINS OF INDIA (YJI) has spread like a wildfire and the entire JAIN SAMAAJ, MAHESHWARI SAMAAJ is now going to be a part of this cause.
The Organising Committee is expecting an overwhelming response from entire Ahimsak community with a participation of more than 1000 people.
The motive of the rally is to protest against the indiscriminate issue of new licenses and thereby preventing the barbarous killing of helpless animals. Simultaneously, the ill-treatment shown to our Saints would not be tolerated and a public apology needs to be delivered by the Uttar Pradesh Government.
The Organising Committee has requested all the members of Ahimsak Community (Jain/hindu/Punjabi/Gujarati/ Agrwals)to come forward and be a part of this “AHIMSA RALLY” and impress upon not only the UP Government but the entire country to act in a humanitarian way, stop the opening up of new slaughter houses.
