dear All
one more discovery of a Thirthankara idol in Chenglepet village called Villiyampakkam located 7 Km from Chenglepet; on Chenglepet - Wallajapet road. A beautiful MahaviraThirthankara idol is found buried deep in the soil under a gigantic tamarind tree growing near a temple called 'Thaan Thodri Amman koil'.

The credit for this discovery goes to Sri.Jeevakumar of Thirukalukundram (Native of Agalur) who is doing solemn service in a Swethambar jain temple. This person dedicated for the cause of jina dharma is tireless in service to the society
