Preksa Dhyana - Theory And Practice: [05.07.05] Technique - 3rd Step Of Practice - Perception Of Psychic Centres

Published: 02.04.2007

Psychological distortions such as cruelty, retaliation, hate, fear etc. have their origin in the unbalanced and unregulated secretions of adrenals and gonads. They generate negative attitudes and irrational behaviour and result in psychic uncleanliness. It is therefore obvious that to cleanse the psyche, we have to regulate the endocrine output and eradicate distortions from our mental tendencies and behaviour.

Perception of the whole chain of psychic centres can modify the synthesis of the endocrine output and weaken the intensities of impulses and urges, thus making them controllable by the conscious mind.

If there is not enough time to cover all the centres, the nether ones may be left out.
