Samani Satya Pragya Disciple of Acharya Mahashraman was Awarded Rashtra Bhasha Gaurav by Akhil Bhartiya Hindi Seva Sansthan
Freedom fighter of India Rajarshi Purushotamdas Tandon had a strong desire to make Hindi an official language. He has to face lot of struggles in this context. Later, after India’s independence it was planned for how to acknowledge or felicitate people working for national language in India. An institute in the name of Akhil Bhartiya Hindi Seva Sansthan, Allahabad, came into existence with the above objective nearly 50 years ago. Since then, it is working to promote national language Hindi by awarding the scholars with the title, Rashtra Bhasha Gaurav, Sahitya Suman, Sahitya Shiromani and others.
On 7th October, 2014, Dr. Samani Satya Pragya the disciple of H.H. Acharya Shree Mahashraman and Associate Professor in the Department of Non-Violence and Peace, JVBU, was awarded the title, “Rashtra Bhasha Gaurav”. It was said that she was the first Jain nun to receive this title.
