With Unity in diversity, moving with an intense pace towards development, world’s largest republic, India is capable of being the spiritual leader globally. Producer of the early man era, Rishabhdev, man with dignity, Ram, Lord Krishna, Mahavir, Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Radhakrishnan, Swami Vivekananda, Acharya Tulsi and Acharya Mahapragya suffused this land. Amidst the present religious preachers and Acharyas, there is a person whose influence is remarkable. He is the Great Acharya Mahashraman.

Well-cultured childhood:

On 13th May, 1962, on the holy land of Sardarshahr (Rajasthan), in the family of Jhumar Mal Ji Dugar, mother Nema Devi gave birth to a holy child. He was named Mohan. Amongst eight siblings, he was seventh. Mohan was a very active child. He received his initial learning from his mother about the culture of the saints. This way, his activeness received a new direction. He decided to adopt sainthood. He was initiated as a saint by Muni Shri Sumermal Ji on 5th May, 1974 at Ladnun, Rajasthan and was given a new name, Muni Mudit Kumar.

Acharya Mahashraman always had a stable mind and immense ability to handle bodily pains and sufferings. Because of his high willingness towards intense learning, irresistible desire to achieve the goals and continuous hard work, he was able to learn by heart the entire Dasvekalik with meaning. Within a very short duration of 6-7 months, he acquired a very good knowledge of the English and the Sanskrit languages.

Refulgent star in the history of Terapanth Acharyas:

Prior to attaining sainthood, studying the lines on Little Mohan palms, great astrologer Shree Birdhichand Ji Nahata predicted that Mohan had a line which indicated lordship, which is visible only in the palms of great personalities.

Acharya Mahashraman was a great saint and this is clearly proven by his horoscope which signifies him being a great leader, a courageous and determined being, an intellectual orator and an articulate author. He has a very graceful personality. Amongst the Terapanth Acharyas, Acharya Mahashraman is the first one to travel foreign land on foot and created history.

Inspiration for awareness:

With continuous development, on 13th May, 1981, Acharya Mahashraman was designated for a dedicated service to Gurudev Tulsi, on 16th February, 1986 he served Yuwacharya Mahapragya, on 14th May, he received the role of group leader and on 9th September, 1989, he received the title Mahashraman from Acharya Tulsi, on 14th Sepetember, 1997, he was granted the post of Yuwacharya by Acharya Mahapragya. His utmost devotion, awareness, courage, truthfulness and powerfulness kept developing continuously and led to the emergence of an influential and a majestic being.

An able successor of Acharya Mahapragya:

After the demise of Acharya Mahapragya, Acharya Mahashraman became the Guru of the Terapanth Dharm Sangh. At that moment, the way he handled the Dharm sangh with strong will power and patience was remarkable. The Dharm Sangh is reaching new heights under his guidance.

Divine Administrator:

Acharya Mahashraman’s influential leadership and administrative qualities were defined in the very first speech that he delivered during the coronation. Proceeding on the path illuminated by his predecessor, Acharya Mahashraman travelled to reomte places like Kelva, Tapra, Jasol, etc. By doing so, he demonstrated his qualities as a visionary and a powerful administrator. On 9th Nov, 2015 began his Ahinsa Yatra (Peace Rally) from the Red Fort, New Delhi and is creating history. Acharya Mahashraman has continuously worked for the upliftment of moral values and awareness of non-violence and Non-addictiveness.

Bundle of energy and work:

With immense positive energy, Acharya Mahashraman is making full utilisation of his each and every moment. Full of willingness to work towards the upliftment of mankind, he has devoted his energy in taking care of every person and every family. He has been spreading awareness among the communities of Hindu, Muslims, Sikh, Christians, Jains and non-Jains regarding social issues such as addiction, foeticide, caste-creed, racism and corruption. Acharya mahashraman has also worked for the upliftment of women and women empowerment.  

Ideal Teacher:

Acharya Mahashraman is highly punctual, determined and a profound teacher. For self-development, he has encouraged activities in the form of Anuvrat, Jeevan Vigyan and Prekshadhyan. Under his divine presence, all the saints undertake classes for self-awareness and development which indeed is unique in its own way. Acharya Mahashraman has shown the Nation a new direction of better society and has time and again proven himself as an excellent teacher.

Great Author:

Acharya Mahashraman has immense knowledge of the languages like Hindi, Sanskrit, Prakrit, Rajasthani, Gujrati and English. His comparative speeches on Shrimad Bhagawat Gita and Uttaradhyan and based on those speeches, his book ‘Sukhi Bano’ is a great tribute to the literature world.

On his 50th Birthday, the way Acharya Mahashraman greeted his mother, mother-land and God, his Guru and other elder saints is definitely an inspiration for all the leaders and politicians of the nation. With equal gratitude and respect, he celebrated the Birth Centenary of Acharya Tulsi in 2014.

Golden Present of the Era:

With great honour, the Ex-President of India, Smt. Pratibha Patil congratulated Acharya mahashraman for his contributions towards the social development of the Nation and said, “You are also working for Women development and Environment protection. Greeting your excellent, serene and legislative authorship, we request your cooperation in creating a peaceful society globally.” President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherji have also congratulated him for his good work and bestowed his best wishes for the success of the Ahinsa Yatra.

The great spiritual personality of Acharya Mahashraman is the bundle of significant characteristics of the all the previous ten Acharyas of the Terapanth Dharm Sangh. May the human race be always blessed by the presence of the great and rare spiritual leader, Acharya Mahashraman. May he be blessed with good health forever.
