Jai Jinendra All,

We hope you had a wonderful start to Paryushan Mahaparva and are looking forward to this evening’s Pratikraman and Pravachan sessions. Here’s some information that might be useful to you:

Paryushan Parking - Please pay attention to the following parking instructions as parking spaces are limited.

  • In the facility (VFW), we have limited parking spots available to us. Please do not park on “Members Only” designated parking against the wall of the building.
  • Additional cars can be parked alongside the drive way. While you park, your front wheel should be off the drive way to leave sufficient room for cars to move in and out. Please use this parking only when designated parking spots are full.
  • Overflow Parking is arranged at the Church located on 200, Randolph Ave, South Plainfield, which is first right turn after the hall when you come via Oak Tree Road, Edison NJ.
  • In the spirit of Paryushan, anyone arriving early with time at their disposal is encouraged to park at the church parking lot. VFW parking lot and the church parking lot are connected. So you can enter the facility from the rear without going back to Front Street. It may be a good idea to carry a small flashlight with you.
  • Please arrange for CAR POOL to avoid overflowing parking spots.

Please do not park on the lawn or on the street to avoid overcrowding of the street

Entrance - Please use the back entrance off of the parking lot. Use the stairs to come up to the main hall, where the program will be conducted.

Paryushan Worksheet - is attached. Copies will be available at the venue.
