ANUVRAT

Anuvrat is a code of conduct for building a healthy society. It is a campaign for the regeneration of moral, human, and spiritual values in individual and thereby the society and national at large. It is true that we have all become prey to materialistic approach of behavior, the reason being dishonesty, greed, Insensitivity and inhuman nature. But ANUVRAT is a sigh of relief.

The Anuvrat movement founded by Acharya Shri Tulsi in 1949, has been engaged in the noble task of uplifting human life and revitalizing the rapidly crumbling moral and spiritual values among people of all cast and creed. Just as Gandhi ji is the brand ambassador of ahimsa, Anuvrat is the brand ambassador of moral and human values and Anuvrat samiti is the organization that works towards the fulfillment of its goals. There are 3M’s for any organization to get momentum:

• Man power
• Money power
• Management power
  

MAN POWER

Manpower plays a pivotal role in any organization. According to Aristotle “the whole is more than the sum of its parts” and this is entirely true that  all people associated with Anuvrat understand the samiti’s plan and ensure  the enlightenment of its thinking and assure that all are working and driving the organization in the same direction. Anuvrat is emerging and expanding and thus manpower is a key element. Anuvrat definitely has a mass appeal to tie up with schools, colleges NGO’s etc.  and for this  we need networking and hence the need for man power. Today when reaching across the globe has become so easier through internet, if we can reach youngsters through - twitter, facebook, etc. then Anuvrat can bring a revolution.

MONEY POWER

Everyone will agree that there should be a well-paved road in front of one’s residence. Both manpower and money power are important and legitimate in the running of an organization. However, it is important that money power be regulated and properly channelized. Anuvrat Samiti can raise money through following ways:

• Anuvrat magazine’s membership is a good a way of raising money.If we make 25 ten years membership worth Rs.87500 then the Anuvrat Mahasamiti gives 25%to the respective samiti.  
• ‘Anuvrat Mahotsava’.We can easily raise huge donations if we plan some big programmes with a social cause.
• The more members we make the more money raised.
• Big business houses like Infosys, etc. support organisations that work for the upliftment of society and with a good cause. We can track down such houses for funding and they will easily support us as it raises their social value also.
• Anuvrat samiti can be registered as a NGO and avail aid from government and abroad

MANAGEMENT POWER

Management is the key to success. Management is the process of reaching organization goals by working with and through people. Even if we have money and manpower we need to manage them properly for their maximum utilisation.

• A leader should be one who can plan, organize, influence, and control the organizations resources in order to achieve its objective. He should have a positive outlook, be receptive and sensible with a belief in team-work.
• The working committee should constitute women and youngsters on one hand and experienced and influential people on the other hand.
• Without any prejudice or discrimination, the Anuvrat team should be a bunch of committed people from all fields -like it should have good speakers, good listeners, writers, social activists, journalists, etc.
