Acela Parīṣaha

A type of Parīṣaha (hardship).

1. To endure with equanimity the feeling of embarrassment or shame felt in following the conduct of remaining naked.

2. To remain unperturbed about clothing, on not getting clothes.

Parijuṇṇehiṃ vatthehiṃ, hokkhāmi tti acelae. aduvā sacelae hokkhaṃ, ii bhikkhū na cimtae... egayācelae hoi, sacele yāvi egayā. eyaṃ dhammahiyaṃ naccā, nāṇī no paridevae...
