Proposals passed in the Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha representative-seminar 2016 are as follows:-

1. No food shall be taken during night in the Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha and Sabha its meetings.

2. If arrangements of food are made, then it should be taken care that the items are not more than 13 in the meetings of Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha and its associations.

3. The dignitaries of Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha and other associations should practice one round of Namaskar Mahamantra on the rosary.

4. The dignitaries of Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha and Sabha should practice four Samayika in a month (it should be practiced on Saturday between 7pm and 8pm as far as possible in the Terapanth Bhavan).

5. The dignitaries of Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha and Sabha should visit Sadhus and Sadhvis for adoration who are staying in their areas. If it is not possible daily then they should visit them once in a week. If more than one groups are staying in a big city, then they should pay homage to atleast one group. High sickness is an exception to this.

6. The dignitaries of Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha and other associations shall not accept souvenirs, shawl or books from organizations of Sangh on a personal basis.

7. Setting up the Jain Flag over every Terapanth Bhavan is mandatory.

8. It is mandatory to put Jain emblem outside every Terapanth Bhavan (It can be provided by Jain Shvetambar Terapanthi Mahasabha on cost if needed).

9. The Shravak Nishtha Patra and Sangh Gaan should be inscribed in every Terapanth Bhavan.

10. The use of meat and alcohol by anyone inside Terapanth Bhavan is prohibited.

11. Nobody should use poker or gamble inside Terapanth Bhavan.
