01.04.2017 ►JVB Orlando ► "Health Care Proxy " workshops

Hope all of you are well.

As many of you may know, I am travelling to Orlando / Tampa and Central Florida area from Thursday, March 30^th, 2017 to Monday, April 3^rd, 2017. 

Working with Sewa USA - Central Florida team, the following “Health Care Proxy and Living Will”  Workshops are planned (details are attached in flyers):

1,  Tampa, Florida – Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon

2.  Orlando, Florida – Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

            at Orange County Public Library, Cypress room

3. Casselberry, Florida – Sunday, April 2^nd, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

            At Hindu Society of Central Florida, Community Hall

You and your family members may plan to attend one of the events that is most convenient! Feel free to share the information about the workshops with your friends and family and encourage them to participate and attend.  They may appreciate knowing about it as well as participating and taking care of preparing this important legal document at no costs or fees!!

PS:  Some of you may know the importance of preparing Health Care Proxy and Living will as well as the fact that a very large majority of our community has not prepared this important document.  As a result, we at ICC have made this a signature initiatives and have conducted this workshops at over 60 places in 14 states over the years.  Of course, as a community service there are no fees or charges to anyone!!!!

PPS:  Please note we are in the initial stages of also creating a community service organization, building resources and a team of volunteers to serve our community in Central Florida, replicating ICC’s successful model over the nine years in New England States.  Our aim is to provide support for individuals and families in case of serious sickness, hospitalization, family crisis, accident and death / bereavement situations through volunteers.
