Annual Spiritual Family Camp

June 16 (Friday) from 6 PM to June 18 (Sunday) until 2 PM 
at Arsh Vidya, Poconos, PA

The theme of the camp is:

Path of Freedom from Sorrows

With the blessings of Acharyashri Mahashraman, the camp will be led by

Samani Sanmati Pragyaji & Samani Jayant Pragyaji
(From JVB New Jersey)

There will be parallel sessions for youth and children age 5 & up, complete with interactive lectures, practical sessions, games and crafts. These sessions will be conducted by Samanijis and volunteers.
Note: Due to un-availability of rooms in Arsh Vidya, we have decided to stay at near by hotel and use Arsh Vidya for our sessions. (except early morning sessions). Morning sessions will happen in Hotel itself for every one convenience. Detailed schedule will be published soon. 

Camp Dates: 16th June from 6PM to 18th June until 2 PM

Registration Fee: 
Family (2 Adult & up to 2 Kids) $275
If alone, then it will be half price around $140. (If alone, then you will share room) 
Free for Annual Danveer, Punyamitra, and Hitaishi contributors, based on a family size of 2 adults and all children under age 16. The fees cover program participation, meals, & accommodation (Private rooms for families; singles share a double occupancy room).

Registration Deadline - May 25, 2017. 
Late Registration Fee - $25 per person

Clarifications around Hotel arrangements for this year.

1. When & where we are suppose to come on Friday? We will meet & greet in Arsh Vidya itself (like every year) and have dinner. You can come anytime after 5pm and dinner is between 6pm to 8pm. 
2. Is there any program on Friday evening? Yes, Detailed schedule will be shared later on. (And copy too, on arrival)
3. Can we come on Saturday? Yes. Please do mention in RSVP, that you need hotel room only for Saturday.  Or if coming on Friday, and leaving on Saturday, do mention that on RSVP form. 
4. How about early morning yoga sessions etc? As most of people will be in hotel, hence we procured basement of hotel for early morning sessions. Rest of sessions will happen in camp.
5. How about breakfast and other meals? Breakfast is included with hotel stay. Rest of meals like lunch & dinner will happen in camp kitchen. 
6. How we will go and come back from hotel to camp? Individual families or individuals are responsible for transportations. As we can imagine, lot of cars will be traveling each way, anyone will be happy to give you ride. 
7. How far is hotel from Arsh Vidya? Distance between hotel and arsh vidya is about 13 miles, which should take about 15 mins to 20 mins. 
8. If I am coming along, will I get my own room or I will share with someone else? Just like previous years, you will be sharing room with another single adult. Family camp team will try their best to accommodate as per everyone's convenience & best spiritual experience.
