Anuvrat Samiti, Delhi while wishing all people on occasion of festival of colour appealed to play Holi without water. Anuvrat Committee told in a statement that Holi is festival of joy and we should not waste water and play by dry colour. It also published Anuvrat Code of Conduct along with Holi Greetings.
