Jai Jinendra and Pranam, It is that time of the year again for an evening 'Ek Shaam JSGD Ke Naam'. Please save the date for 30th Fund Raising Event on April 6th at the Meridian, Farmington Hills. KHUB ANUMODNA ANKIT BHAI
Pranam!
We would like to do Anumodana of Ankitbhai Gupta on completing his Vardhaman Tap Paya. Ankitbhai joined our Sangh a couple years ago and has since become an active member of our community. He regularly attends all functions and pujans as well as gives countless hours of seva. You will see him almost every evening in the Derasar for Darshan and helping around the temple.
Ankitbhai does not come from a Jain family, yet he has completed 2 full Navpadji Oli. On Diwali day, while many of us were enjoying sweets, he decided to take on a larger Tapasya. Vardhaman Tap Paya includes completing 15 Ayambil and 5 Upvas, along with other rituals like Kaussagga and Mala jaap. Due to other various Shubh Tithis during the 20 days, Ankitbhai actually did 7 Upvas! Many of our Sangh members had the opportunity to celebrate the completion of his great Tapasya with him on December 2nd by performing Santikaram Snatra, followed by his Parnu.
Next time you see Ankitbhai in the Derasar, please do his Khub Khub Anumodana!
