BOT 2024 INTRODUCTION

Happy New Year! JSGD BOT is thrilled to welcome 2024. We are fortunate to be part of such a remarkable Society, united in our pursuit of the Tirthankars' teachings. We are committed to living up to the trust you have placed in us for the Society's stewardship.

In 2023, our 25th Anniversary year, we embarked on essential projects to prepare our temple for the next quarter-century. We are delighted to share that we have completed several major projects, as evident at the temple, and are initiating more significant projects for 2024, with further plans in the pipeline.

We are also excited to introduce the 2024 BOT team. Below are the names of the incoming (alphabetical) BOT members, along with their JSGD emails and brief introductions followed by the continuing BOT members and their JSGD emails.

Incoming Members:
Hemesh (Pratiksha) Shah - Treasurer - [email protected]

• Hemesh bhai, filling a vacant BOT position for 2024, has co-led the Study Class and previously served in the BOT.

• Naveen Bhai, a former EC member and Co-Chair of the 25th Anniversary Mahotsav, has contributed to the Society in various roles, including the Long-term Facilities Management Committee.

• A founding member, Ramesh Bhai has been involved in various FRD, EC, and BOT teams, dedicating decades to volunteering in the Society.

FRE 2024 - EK SHAAM JSGD KE NAAM

We cordially invite you all to the 30th Annual Fundraising Event 'Ek Shaam JSGD Ke Naam' on April 6th, 2024, at The Meridian, 26750 Haggerty Road, Farmington Hills. The Fundraising Event Team is very excited to host this event.

The Fundraising Event page is up and running at https://www.jsgd.org/frd. We request all Society Members to check out the page and register for the event.

As always, no event is successful without the Society Members' participation and support. Please encourage your friends and family to attend the event. There is an Early Bird giveaway for registering before February 18th.

TEMPLE HOURS ADJUSTED

Dear fellow society members,
Saadar Jai Jinendra.

Pujari Ji Deepak Bhai & Kiren Ben will be traveling to India from January 6th, 2024, to February 7th, 2024.

During their absence, the Temple will be open for a limited time, and volunteers will perform regular morning temple activities (Prakshal and Pujan) and evening Aarti and Mangal Divo. Please be mindful and supportive of the volunteers and respect the timings in the schedule below.
