CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
Jai Jinendra Members & Families,
Starting Thursday, September 19th following renovation/repair activities will progress at the temple. Construction activities will affect members access to temple and parking on temple lots.
- Ceiling tiles, electrical fixtures and exhaust/return diffusers replacement inside the temple and other miscellaneous repairs
- Work is scheduled between Thursday, Sept. 19th thru Saturday, October 5th
- Temple Parking open from Thursday, Sept. 19th thru Sunday, Sept. 22nd
- Temple Parking closed from Monday, Sept. 23rd thru Saturday, October 5th
- Repair EIFS on perimeter of the temple roof line
- Work is scheduled between Monday, Sept. 23th thru Saturday, October 5th
- Temple Parking closed from Monday, Sept. 23rd thru Saturday, October 5th
- Catch basins repair, East side walk way repair, add ramp at Kitchen entrance
- Work is scheduled between Monday, Sept. 23rd thru Sunday, September 29th
- Temple Parking closed from Monday, Sept. 23rd thru Sunday, September 29th
- Milling/Asphalt paving/Stripping of temple west lot, repair of house drive way
- Work is scheduled between Monday, Sept. 30th thru Saturday, October 5th
- Temple Parking closed from Monday, Sept. 30rd thru Saturday, October 5th
Note: Construction schedule will be followed weather permitting, schedule will be adjusted to accommodate conditions beyond our control.
We are working with various committees to meet their special request for access to temple while construction is progressing with possible use of school parking and paying due attention to members safety. EC/Committees will send out necessary announcements. Pujari will have limited access to temple to perform required religious duties and request members to not ask pujari for special favors for access to temple.
Also, members are requested not to approach contractors or Pujari Deepakbhai / Kiranben with any inquiry or suggestion. If you have questions or suggestions, please contact one of the following members involved with the projects.

The day we were eagerly waiting for is almost here! It is with immense joy that we announce the Diksha Mahurat Pradan ceremony of our son, Rishi. On this day, Rishi's Guru will give permission for Rishi to take Diksha and announce the Diksha date and location. All are welcome to attend, even from out of town. If you plan on attending, please reach out to Rishi or me (Sunita ben) and we will arrange for your stay, etc.

A Sangh from Cinicinnati will be visiting JSGD on September 29th. They will arrive in Detroit area on September 28th, and will be performing Puja on 29th.
