A three days Preksha Meditation Camp was organised at JVB London's new venue, Sayer Centre, Oxgate Lane, from 31st December 2005 to 02. January 2006.

Under the guidance of Samanijis Pratibha (on stage left) & Punya Pragya (right), the 45 participants, among them two kids from the USA, were introduced to purification of body, speech and mind.

The participants were taught through specially adapted exercises and mudras, how to relax and how to connect with the inner reality.

This is one exercise from the Preksha Yoga system, optimising blood circulation and blood composition for better energy management. Its focus lies on proper breathing.

Samanijis are demonstrating the exercises and simultaneausly explaining which benefits we can gain from practising.

Stretching and maintaining equilibrum are preconditions for well balanced lifestyle and upright living.

The participants were highly motivated to continue some exercises on their own. All were very happy for the opportunity in the wonderful rooms of the new venue. After having moved in, Samanijis had done a non-stop three days Jap for the purification of the venue's atmosphere.
