āśrava (tattva)
the causes of influx of karma; it is an intrinsic mutation of jīva (soul), responsible for attraction of karma-pudgala.
It is like the door in soul through which the karma-pudgala enters in.
Being a mutation of jīva, it is a modification of the jīva tattva.
