On 1 May Samani Prasanna Pragya and Samani Rohit Pragya were invited by Young Jain Students of Warwick University (YJSW), to conduct a session ‘Are you stressed about exams?’ The event attracted around 30 - 35 participants of different nationalities, ages and beliefs. They all came together with a keen interest to learn how meditation can help to remove our stress.
At the close of the event, Samani Prasanna Pragya explained the activities taking place at Jain Vishwa Bharati London and invited participants to visit. Literature and CDs on meditation were available after the event. Many participants have commented on how they found the meditation very refreshing and useful to be more energetic.
