2. Analogous to the image in the Houston (Texas, US) Museum, in temporal terms, details and the region to which originally it belonged is one more image of 35.5 cm in height housed in the Sārnāth Museum of Archaeology. The relief on a slab of reddish Chunar sandstone may belong to Buddhism.

3. One more vīnā-playing four armed seated image in buff sandstone, in the State Museum, Lucknow, dated to circa 600-90, has two female attendants in her flank who are endowed with her implements. Framed in a medallion measuring 64 x 68 cm, Sarasvati and her retinue are sorrounded by lotuses. Stylistically, the details of goddess are similar to the image at Houston.

4. The four-armed Sarasvati image, datable to seventh century, in the Indian Museum Kolkota, from Mathurā, seated on a lotus, has two geese in her flank.
