Search for Truth is one of the most important purposes of human life. Mankind has made progress because man has always wanted to find Truth i.e. the Reality. For success in life, one must put full faith in truth and never resort to falsehood. In practice, making a statement that is misleading or contrary to fact may, sometimes, result in a short-term gain. But in the long run, "honesty is the best policy" and honesty is invariably based on truth. The exercise described here reinforces one's faith in truth.

Instructions for the Exercise

Steps nos. 1 to 5—as in exercise no. 1.

Focus your full attention on the Centre of Peace and repeat the following sentences for 12 minutes as specified before

  • I will have full faith in truth.
  • I will never tell a lie.
  • I will shun prejudice.
7. As step no. 7 in exercise no.1.
