As you may know, this year, the Edison-Iselin India Day Parade is scheduled for Sunday, August 8, from 2PM-4PM, and will take place at Oak Tree Road in Edison & Iselin, NJ.
We are happy to announce that under the guidance of respected Samanijis, JVB New Jersey will be participating in this Parade to spread the message of "Peace Through Non Violence." We will be walking under our own banner, and we hereby request all members and their families to be a part of this historic event.
As planning and preparation are currently being given final shape, we would like you to RSVP as soon as possible, confirming your participation, so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Participation in the parade will require a minimum commitment of 3-4 hours including pre-parade preparations and the actual walk. Further details on the parade shall be provided soon.
