Independence Day was celebrated in Mahapragya International School Tamkor on August 15, 2010. Programme was started with the flag hoisting ceremony by Sh Banwari Lal Mehala, a key personality of Tamkor village at 7.30 a.m. This hoisting was graced by Dr. Pratibha J. Mishra Incharge Extension Services JVBU along with principal, Staff and all students of school.
After flag hoisting ceremony, students did the march past in the honor of flag and followed by P.T. A cultural programme was also conducting on the patriotic theme and Diversity in Unity.
School Principal Samani Punya Pragya ji emphasized on Discipline, Aspects for student's future & their bright career.
Dr. Pratibha J. Mishra spoke on the role of great leaders and their sacrifices for the Independence of India. Programme was anchored by Sunita Sarwa, schoolteacher. All the members of village appreciated the efforts of School.
