We are celebrating Mahavira Jayanti on 16th April 2011 at our new premises: Jain Centre, 64-68 Colindale Avenue, NW9 5DR. We are launching Heritage and Cultural Academy on this occasion.

In addition to Jains the representation is from 3 Burroughs: Barnet, Brent and Harrow, Indian High Commissioner, some Councillors and Interfaith leaders.
This is just to inform you that we have received a message from the Pope for greeting of Mahavira birthday.
As you know that we are going to have Olympics in London next year, I represent Jains on Faith Reference Group of the Olympics. I have attended more than 10 meetings so that awareness of Jainism can be disseminated throughout the world. As a result, the Olympics is going to have Faith Zone. In the space for the faiths, Jains will have also some area. This is a great opportunity for all of us to promote Jainism to the wider world. I will let you know the details as soon as available, but we should present ourselves in such a way that visitors to the Faith Zone take our notice. We will require your cooperation and suggestions as how we can present in the best possible way.
