The intention of reciting the verses is to relate the own consciousness to the sense of the words and to ask for forgiveness for the transgressions committed during the day.

  • If it is not possible to do so every day, it is recommended to practice it every fortnight for five times.
  • If this is not possible, every four months for ten times.
  • If even this is not possible, to recite it during the week of Paryushan for ten times every day.
