Terapanth Professional Forum Raipur has successfully organized a two hours group discussion on theme of "Self Confidence- A Breath of success" on 29th April 2012, Sunday at 11:00 AM at Amolak Bhawan, Sadar Bazar, Raipur.
The program started with Navkar Mantra. Shri Surendra Kumar Choraria, the President, TPF, Raipur Branch welcomed the gathering and informed about the importance of the relevant topic. There-after the dais was handed over to Mrs. Ritu S Jain (Choraria), the Coordinator, TPF, Raipur Branch. She introduce the concept of Self Confidence.
She said that Self-confidence is considered one of the most influential motivators and regulators of behaviour in people's everyday lives. It is the key to success. If you have rock solid self-confidence, you can turn impossible tasks to possible. A person can achieve whatever wants in life due to self-confidence. Self-confidence is the first step to progress, development, achievement and success. Even if you have a lot of abilities and a lot of knowledge, if you do not have Self-confidence you cannot be a success. But, on the contrary, even if you have only average abilities and knowledge, if you have an unfailingly true self-confidence, chances are that you achieve what you want to. The successes and achievements in turn will strengthen your self-confidence further. People like, respect, believe and trust persons who are self-confident. It is natural that persons with good confidence are offered leadership and other office responsibilities of groups. More and more opportunities automatically come the way of the person with a good self-confidence.
The tenet Mahaveer Vani says that human beings are forms of god and are great souls. Like god human being as enjoy immense power and strength to progress in life.
Success depends on two elements - personality and self-confidence. Self-confidence will boost if we do not hesitate to do the work. Self-confidence will also boost if we attend the seminars, participate in debate and doing the creative work. We have to keep away from unproductive thoughts. We should not self-deviated because of problems & difficulties. Be calm and try to find solutions for the problems. We should not feel jealous of the others success. We should value our ability and do the work with full potential. We are maker of our destiny. Building or running life is in our hands. We can change luck line of our hands. If our efforts are in the right direction, we have the capability to change adverse phase in to favourable one. Impressive personality is key to success. We have to focus on developing our abilities and skills. A predetermined goal will make you think in terms of achieving goals. To become successful we have to work according to the set goal. High dreams, confidence level and self-assessment will also guide for success.
It also associated with the life of an employee because self-confidence can contribute to the determination of an employee to increase the productivity of a company. Without it, employees will be treated differently by their surroundings. Especially in workplace environment, lower liner employees will face so many difficulties in express their problem to the upper liner. In this situation, it will lead the employees to the unproductively, because they cannot solve the problem that occur while exercising their jobs.
This topic is very important because without self-confidence, employees cannot help the organization to achieve desired productivity. It is also related in today life it will give impact on their working performance.
