Ruth Satinsky received her MA in History of Religions and Sanskrit from the University of Geneva in 2010. Her native language is English, and she is fluent in French. She was teaching assistant for Sanskrit and Indian Studies at the University of Lausanne from 2010 to 2011.

She has published “Heva tupapa’u, costume et rite de deuil des ari’i tahitiens” in Asdiwal. Revue genevoise d’anthropologie et d’histoire des religions. No. 3. Geneva, 2008.
