Jain Center of Greater Boston
Pratishtha Anniversary Program Update
Jai Jinendra,
I am providing an update on the Bhajan and Talent show portions of the program.
Bhajan - The Bhajan program is not exclusive to the Rhode Island group. If you wish to participate in the Bhajan program, please contact Ratibhai Dodhia ([email protected]) or Jyotsnaben Shah ([email protected]).
Talent Show - It is not a competition so it is not contingent on the number of entries we receive. The intent is for the JCGB community to show their talents in an appropriate context. For example, filmi songs/dance may not be appropriate but devotional songs/dance set to filmi music would be appropriate. Similarly, classical dance/vocal would be acceptable even if it doesn't directly relate to Jainism. Please be sure to bring the music track on a CD or on your MP3 player with a standard headphone connector.
Please click here to send your RSVP for Swamivatsalya if you haven't already done so.
Please click here to signup to volunteer your time to help the Jain Center and the community.
Thank you.
Dilip Jain
