Sadhvi Dr. Sahejaij will be visiting our Jain Center on Saturday October 15 and Sunday October 16. Sadhviji is very young having taken Bhagvati (Sthanak tradition) Diksha at the age of 19. She has an MA degree in Sanskrit. She has a doctorate in Jainology and has studied many scriptures. She was born and brought up in Amritsar (Punjab) in a highly respected Jain family. Besides Hindi, she is very fluent in Gujarati and also good in English.
She has traveled in India and other countries. Sadhviji is predominantly involved in the Educational Program of Spiritual and Scientific Healing. She realized and felt deeply that religion should not be confined to traditional but also be practiced in our daily conduct. She expressed her wish to combine spiritual and scientific healing with social services to bring eternal peace and self realization.
There will be a series of Pravachan(s) on Logas sutra, Her thesis for doctorate was on Logas sutra.
