• Election Committee will accept nominations for the 6 (six) open positions for EC and 2 (two) open positions for Board between 1-NOV-2016 10:00 am & 4-NOV-2016 10:00 am

• Publish revised nominations to the community by: 4-NOV-2016 11:00 pm
• Election Committee members will accept votes from eligible voting members between: 5-NOV-2016 10:00 am & 6-NOV-2016 10:00 am
• Voting at the Jain Center will be open between: 6-NOV-2016 10:00 am & 6-NOV-2016 3:00 pm

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• A candidate can apply for only one position
• Signed & Completed “JCGB Election Candidate Application” form can be mailed to the email address listed below
• Proxy voting is not allowed
• There are NO quorum requirements for JCGB elections
• The election will be decided by a simple majority of the votes cast
