प्रेक्षाध्यान षिविर सम्पन्न

जैन तेरापंथ धर्मसंघ के आचार्यश्री महाश्रमणजी के आज्ञानुवर्ती प्रेक्षाप्राध्यापक ‘षासनश्री’ मुनिश्री किषनलालजी स्वामी के सान्निध्य में तीन दिवसीय प्रेक्षाध्यान षिविर का आयोजन जैन श्वेताम्बर तेरापंथी सभा हरियाणा प्रान्त के तत्वावधान में जैन श्वेताम्बर तेरापंथ सभा हांसी द्वारा आयोजित हुआ। प्रेक्षाध्यान षिविर में हरियाणा के विभिन्न स्थानों से आए भाई-बहनों ने सहभागिता की।

षिविर में कायोत्सर्ग, अन्र्तयात्रा, दीर्घष्वास प्रेक्षा, चैतन्य केन्द्रों पर ध्यान, लेष्या ध्यान व अनुप्रेक्षा के सिद्धान्तों को मुनिश्री किषनलालजी ने सरल भाषा में बताया और प्रयोगों द्वारा अनुभूत करवाया किस प्रकार आवेष, आवेग, क्रोध, डिप्रेषन आदि समस्याओं से मुक्त हुआ जा सकता है। अपने स्वभाव व आदतों में सुधार किया जा सकता है। आन्तरिक जगत की दुष्प्रवृत्तियों का परिष्कार कर साधना का निरन्तर विकास कर आत्मकल्याण किया जा सकता है।

षिविर में उपस्थित जैन व जैनेतर तथा युवाओं ने अपने अनुभव को बताया कि षिविर में आने से पहले व तनावग्रस्त व डिप्रेषन में रहते थे, प्रायः भयभीत रहते थे और अब षिविर में प्रयोग करने से दूसरे दिन से वो तनावमुक्त, भयमुक्त अनुभव करने लगे और भीतर में शान्ति का अनुभव हो रहा है। षिविरार्थियों ने बताया कि वर्तमान आधुनिक युग की भयंकर समस्याएं जैसे तनाव, क्रोध, डिप्रेषन व अस्त-व्यस्त जीवन शैली से मुक्त हाने में व शान्ति प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रेक्षाध्यान पद्धति एक अद्वितीय व सरल पद्धति है। षिविर में विषेष रूप से दिल्ली से समागत प्रेक्षा प्रषिक्षक श्री राजकुमार जैन ने षिविरार्थियों को आसन प्राणायाम, शरीर विज्ञान के बारे में बताया व प्रयोग करवाया।

षिविर की व्यवस्था में लगे तेरापंथी सभा के अध्यक्ष श्री दर्षन कुमार जैन, षिविर संयोजक श्री सुभाष जैन, श्री रविन्द्र जैन की समर्पित सेवाओं से षिविर सानन्द सम्पन्न हुआ व सभी षिविरार्थियों का आभार व्यक्त किया। इस अवसर पर अणुव्रत समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री अषोक जैन, श्री राहुल जैन, श्री चिराग जैन, श्री मोहित जैन, श्री विनित जैन आदि उपस्थित थे। मुनिश्री किषनलालजी व मुनिश्री निकुंजकुमारजी के प्रति कृतज्ञता ज्ञापित की।
