One, possessed of the superhuman power of locomotion- That ascetic (Muni), who is equipped with a Labdhi, (supernatural power), by dint of which he is able to perform superhuman locomotion in a miraculous way like going away and coming back (several Yojanas (1Yojana=7.88 miles) per day)) and also fly in air.
