Dharmadāna

That Dāna (food etc.) which is given to the one who practises self-restraint (i.e., an ascetic).

dharmmakāraṇaṃ yattaddharmmadānaṃ dharmme eva vā, uktaṃ ca—

samatṛṇamaṇimuktebhyo yaddānaṃ diyate supātrebhyaḥ.

akṣayamatulamanantaṃ taddānaṃ bhavati dharmmāya...
