Naiścayika Kāla

Transcendental time (or the absolute time)-

The Kāla (time) which is ubiquitous (i.e., all- pervading) and which exists in each and every substance; it is the cause of transformation (of all substances).

naiścayikastu pratidravyaṃ vartate tena tasya sarvavyāpitvam.
