Whereas a black page of violence, anarchy and disorder was created on Republic Day in Delhi; on the other hand, the 'Ahimsa Yatra' of Acharya Shri Mahashraman organized for the purpose of non-violent lifestyle in the atmosphere of violence, chaos and war through padyatras. The establishment of this great 'Ahimsa Yatra' has created a unique and inspiring history of the completion of fifty thousand kilometers of 23 provinces and 3 neighboring countries. This Ahimsa Yatra has made the entire world aware and they came to know the power of non-violence and have inspired the various nations to develop conflict-free relations.

Non-violence has been a necessity in every period. Various forms of violence change their forms and affect the social systems of different countries. In some countries like India, there have been meaningful efforts to respond to violence with non-violence, where the attitude of "revenge of violence to non- violence" has been verified for their sophistication. The wheel of time is spinning fast. In the last half-century, many equations have changed throughout the world and new equations have also been created. On the one hand, in the field of science, impossible discoveries were achieved, while subversive thinking, ego and conflict-mindedness, cold war and religion-based factionalism have also started spreading their wings. The pseudo-extremism declared to degrade each other has created unrest all over the world and today the militants are not in a mood to spare their public aspirations, which gave birth to them, nurtured them.

Acharya Shri Mahashraman with his non-violent consciousness has made a valuable contribution to the lives of the entire nation and neighboring countries in communal harmony, brotherhood, love, mutual trust and establishment of non-violent values in the people.  Be it the corona epidemic, the war mentality of Pakistan and China, or the recent violence incidents are doing such gruesome things which is manifesting not only the people of the country but the entire humanity.  Hatred and revengeful nature have created such environments that destroying humanity are beginning to feel dishonest and low.

In this complex phase, all eyes are on those efforts, which can alleviate the fear of violence on human bodies. It seems that the non-violence journey of Acharya Shri Mahashraman has become an epitome to connect man to man in this dense darkness and has laid the foundation of love, brotherhood; communal harmony and non-violent society. Padayatras have a unique history in India's soil. A historic visit to Lanka made by Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram to conquer the truth on untruth, or visit Dandi March of 1930 to shake the entire British Empire with a handful of salt, Baba Amte's India joint journey or national integrity, communal harmony and international brotherhood.

The importance of the spiritually dedicated journey is impeccable. Walking in Indian life has been accepted as a strong medium of public contact. These walking tours give direct interactions with social, cultural and political realities. It enlightens the public consciousness and gives it a unique twist. During his lifetime, Lord Mahavira had sown the seeds of spirituality in the people of the region by visiting various places. There is a long history of padyatras of Jain sages. They often undertake the padayatra for eight months in a year. But in the series of these yatras,  Acharya Shri Mahashraman has carved out a new history.

Anuvrata Anushasta Acharya Mahashramana is a great saint of this era. They walk barefoot. Go to cities, countryside, villages and rural areas and do mass and individual public relations. In order to upgrade the moral and spiritual level of the society and to train the character and non-violence. He discussed religion, philosophy, history and current problems. After freeing people from addictions and cultivating the seeds of moral evolution in their consciousness, Acharya Shri Mahashramana is being hailed as the "walking sun" as a result of doing the longest padyatra in a particular period of time from all the foregoing.

President Ramnath Kovind has even said that "AcharyaSri Mahashraman is the true manifestation of non-violence; his Ahimsa Yatra has become a torch of moral revolution and is motivating human beings to continue on the paved path of spirituality". Life is a journey in itself, like constantly moving, flowing water. With reference to the non-violence visit of Acharya Shri Mahashraman, the Prime Minister of Nepal K.P. Sharma Auli states, “Acharya Mahashraman has travelled to Nepal with great hardship in the spirit of world peace. They are running a campaign to spread the message of non-violence through long padyatras. ”Acharya Mahashramanji, of course, does not spend his life inspired by a blurred life vision like Atmaranjan or Lokaranjan. The objective before them is to change the value standards of society and mould it to higher living values.

Certainly Acharyashree Mahashramanji today made a new history by marching through his holy steps, crossing the figure of 50000 km. Acharyashree, who started the Ahimsa Yatra in 2014 from Lal Kila, the capital of the country, has done important work for the upliftment of humanity not only in India but also in countries like Nepal, Bhutan. Acharyashree has done the work of conveying the message of peace from the Rashtrapati Bhavan to the hut of the villages. With the inspiration of Acharyashree, lakhs of millions of people of every caste, religion and class have accepted the resolutions of non-violence, goodwill, morality and de-addiction in this long non-violence journey.

Not only from Kutch to Kathmandu and Kajiranga to Kanyakumari, Acharyashree's foot march also been seen in the border areas of India bordering Pakistan and Bangladesh. Acharya Shri Mahashramanji travelled 15-20 km daily during his padyatra. Acharyashri has been addressing the public through daily discourses, following the rigorous routine of Jain monks and getting up at four in the morning and engaged in the practice of chanting and meditation for hours. Along with this, all religions conferences, seminars of various classes, including the enlightened class, etc. have been organized in the association of Acharyashree, which has proved very beneficial in terms of social reform.

The order of Acharyashree's literature creation in ‘Pralamb Padayatra’ has also continued continuously. This 50000 km journey of Acharyashree, with the Charaiveti-Charaiveti Sutra, is unique in itself. If we look at the figures, this padyatra is 125 times larger than Mahatma Gandhi's Dandi March and 125 times more than the circumference of the earth. If a person undertakes such a padyatra, he can travel more than 15 times from the northern end of India to the southern end or from the eastern end to the western end.

Acharya Sri Mahashraman did many experiments of non-violence in his life. They say the path of non-violence ismore acute than the edge of the sword. In this situation how can any coward and a weak person dare to walk on it? ”With such determination, Acharya Shri Mahashramanji has pledged to make non-violence icons among the masses. Then the cowardice cannot touch the circle of non-violence. Where can lioness milk remain without gold plates? Similarly, the abode of non-violence is impossible except in the heroic heart. This is the absolute truth. Just as fear is violence, so is fear of violence. Give yourself an experience of blessedness by adding yourself to the resolutions and undertakings of Acharya Mahashramanji.
